titleOfInvention | Polarizing film with adhesive layer and image display device |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a polarizing film with an adhesive layer which can solve the problem of a reduction in yield and which can impart sufficient ultraviolet ray resistance even if the polarizing film is thin. Further, it is an object of the invention to provide an image display apparatus using the above-described polarizing film with an adhesive layer. In the solution, a polarizing film with an adhesive layer is used for viewing the side of the image display device than the image display portion, wherein the polarizing film with the adhesive layer has a polarizing film and is located therein. An adhesive layer on both sides of the polarizing film; the polarizing film has a polarizing member and a transparent protective film on both sides of the polarizing member; and the transparent protective film of the polarizing member on the viewing side has a transmittance of 6% or more at a wavelength of 380 nm. And the polarizing film on the viewing side of the polarizing film has an ultraviolet absorbing function. |
