abstract |
An object of the present invention is to prevent light from the light-emitting layer from being irradiated onto the transistor even when the sub-pixels of at least one color are arranged in the horizontal (left-right) direction, and to prevent the selection time of each scanning line from being shortened. The present invention includes sub-pixels of R, G, and B corresponding to the scanning line 22 as the first conductive layer extending in the column direction and the data transmission line 26 as the second conductive layer extending in the row direction. The plurality of transistors of the respective color sub-pixels are arranged along the row direction, and the reflection layer 43B of the sub-pixels of at least one color is arranged in the column direction so as to overlap with any one of the display color sub-pixels. The center position CT1 of the arrangement region R1 of the reflective layer 43B having one pixel unit of the R, G, and B sub-pixels is different from the center position CT2 of the arrangement region R2 of the transistor of one pixel unit. |
