abstract |
The present invention provides a conductive particle capable of suppressing corrosion of a conductive layer containing nickel in the presence of either an acid or a base. The conductive particles of the present invention include a substrate particle and a conductive layer containing nickel disposed on a surface of the substrate particle, and the conductive layer containing nickel contains nickel, and an alloy layer of at least one of tin and indium. In 100% by weight of the region of the conductive layer containing nickel from the outer surface toward the inner side to the thickness 1/2, the total content of tin and indium is less than 5% by weight. |
