abstract The invention relates to a soybean lyophilized product for diabetes and its complications, and an application thereof, which comprises adding Enterococcus spp. to soybean milk for fermentation, and then performing a drying step to obtain a soybean mash fermentation product. Soybean fermentation products can increase insulin concentration, lower blood sugar, glycated hemoglobin and total cholesterol, and reduce liver aspartate transaminase and alanine transaminase activity, thereby preventing or slowing down diabetes and its complications.
