abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a self-organizing composition for pattern formation which can form a good phase separation structure even when a pattern having a large size is formed. Further, an object of the present invention is to provide a self-organizing composition for pattern formation which can form a pattern by a simple process without forming an underlayer or the like in forming a fine pattern structure. The present invention relates to a self-organizing composition for pattern formation, characterized by comprising a block copolymer comprising: a polymerization portion a comprising 2 units or more selected from the group consisting of glucose units and xylose units At least one of the polymerization unit b and the polymerization unit b includes at least one selected from the group consisting of an aromatic ring-containing unit, an anthracene-containing unit, and a metal-containing unit. |
