titleOfInvention Gas generation method and gas generation device
abstract The gas generating device includes a sample holder, a heating unit that generates a gas component by heating the sample, an ion source that ionizes a gas component to generate ions, a mass spectrometer that detects a gas component by mass analysis, and a gas component and a gas component. The gas flow path through which the mixed gas of the carrier gas guided to the mass spectrometer flows has a gas flow analysis method including a discharge flow rate adjustment program to adjust the discharge flow rate of the mixed gas to the outside of the branch path, and a cooling program to maintain the sample. The device is cooled by contact with the cooling unit, and the calibration program uses a standard sample containing a gas component as a measurement target, (1) correcting the spectral position of the mass spectrum, and (2) calculating the sensitivity correction coefficient Cs=Ss/S, (3) The heating correction coefficient H=t/ts for correcting the heating rate of the sample in the heating portion when the gas component of the actual sample is measured is calculated.
