abstract The present invention provides a fertilizer comprising calcium sulphate particles, a dispersing agent, and at least one bacterium powder. The calcium sulfate particles, the dispersing agent and at least one of the bacterial powders are uniformly mixed. Through the present invention, it is possible to effectively increase the yield of crops and prevent a condition in which some nutrients are deficient.
