abstract |
The present invention provides a porous support for affinity chromatography which is excellent in the balance between hardness and toughness. A porous carrier for affinity chromatography, which comprises a monomer unit having (component A) derived from a vinyl monomer and (component B) having a carbon number of 1 to 8 in a side chain. The polymer of the unit, the content ratio of the component A to the component B in the polymer [[A): (B)] is 95:5 to 50:50 by mass ratio, and the content of the component A is in the above polymer. The total monomer unit is from 0.5 to 40% by mass. |
