abstract The present invention relates to a phytase for improving heat resistance, wherein the amino acid sequence is a sequence in which one of the mutations A to D is mutated by SEQ ID NO: 2, wherein the mutated combination A is SEQ ID NO: 2, the 143th amino acid. And the 262th amino acid is mutated to cysteine (Cysteine), and the mutant combination B is mutated to the 259th amino acid and the 312th amino acid of SEQ ID NO: 2 to form cysteine (Cysteine). The C line mutates the 205th amino acid and the 257th amino acid of SEQ ID NO: 2 to cysteine (Cysteine), and the mutant combination D line SEQ ID NO: 2, the 264th amino acid and the 309th amino group. The acid is mutated to cysteine (Cysteine).
