The present invention provides a vaccine for HPV infection for preventing or treating human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. A chimeric protein in which an HPVL2 peptide consisting of about 20 amino acids is inserted between positions 142 and 143 of the amino acid sequence of the hepatitis B virus surface protein (HBs protein), and the chimeric protein is encoded. a DNA fragment composed of a base sequence of an amino acid sequence, a expression vector incorporated in the DNA fragment, a chimeric protein-producing cell transformed by the expression vector, and the chimeric protein as an active ingredient A vaccine for HPV infection and a method for producing the same. |
