abstract |
The present invention discloses a thermally conductive material comprising a protein and having a thermal conductivity greater than 0.6 W/(m.K). The present invention also discloses a method for producing a thermally conductive material comprising a protein, at least a portion of which forms a crystalline beta sheet, the crystalline beta sheet being in an amount of 10% by weight or more based on the total weight of the protein There is, and the thermally conductive material has a thermal conductivity greater than 0.6 W/(m.K), the method comprising dissolving the raw material protein in a solution of formic acid containing calcium chloride to obtain a protein solution, and evaporating formic acid from the protein solution. |
