abstract | The present invention discloses a method for producing a lignophenol cellulose composite. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: adding a phenolic material to a plant material to obtain a phenolic adsorbing material; adding a phenolic adsorbing material and a concentrated acid to a reactor equipped with a stirring blade to obtain a reaction liquid, and then in the reactor a step of applying a shear force to the reaction liquid to react the phenolic adsorbent material with the concentrated acid; a step of bringing the reaction liquid into contact with water to quench the reaction; and a step of subjecting the quenched reaction liquid to solid-liquid separation. Wherein, the time required for the reaction step (b) is from 5 seconds to 5 minutes, and in the reaction step (b), the shear force applied to the reaction liquid is determined by the peripheral speed of the blade of the stirring blade in the reactor. It is indicated that the peripheral speed of the blade of the agitating blade is 3π (meters/second) to 50π (meters/second). |
