The present invention provides a film laminate which has excellent stretch formability and can maintain bending fatigue resistance, fracture strength, and transparency and oxygen barrier property even after hot water treatment and retort treatment. A film laminate obtained by laminating a polyamidamide layer (A) containing a metaxylene-based polyamine resin (a) as a main component and a layer (B) composed of a polyamide resin composition. The polyamide resin composition contains: 74 to 94% by mass of a polyamide resin (b), 0.1 to 2.8% by mass of an olefin-based elastomer, 0.01% to 3% by mass of an ionic polymer resin, and 5.5 ~20% by mass of the polyamide resin (c), the polyamide resin (b) is an aliphatic polyamide resin, and the polyamide resin (c) is a xylene-based polyamide resin. |
