abstract The present invention provides a method for producing a low heat storage polyurethane elastomer, characterized in that each of the polyisocyanate components containing TDI and a high molecular weight are separately synthesized and mixed at a specific NCO/OH equivalent ratio. A urethane prepolymer (A) obtained by reacting a polyol component, and an amine group A obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate component containing TDI with a specific molecular weight ratio of a low molecular weight polyol component The acid ester prepolymer (B), the obtained prepolymerized mixture (AB) is supplied to a thin film distillation apparatus, and the unreacted TDI contained in the above (AB) is distilled to reduce the content of unreacted TDI to 0.4% by mass. Hereinafter, the mixture (ab) is obtained, and the composition obtained by blending the main component containing the above (ab) with the hardener (C) is thermally cured. The low heat storage polyurethane elastomer obtained by the production method has a moderate pot life, excellent workability, and is not easily thermally deformed at a use environment temperature, and has abrasion resistance, mechanical strength, and back. Excellent performance such as elasticity.
