The present invention relates to a decane resin composition comprising (A) an organopolysiloxane, which comprises R1aR2bR3cHd(RO)eSiO(4-abcde)/2(I) from at least three units of the formula (I), B) an organopolyoxane formed from the unit of formula (VI) R4fR5gR6h(R7O)iSiO(4-fghi)/2(VI), optionally (C) an organopolyoxane formed from a unit of formula (X) R8kR9lR10m(R11O)nSiO(4-klmn)/2(X), wherein the limiting conditions of each component and the superscript system are as defined in the specification, and optionally (D) catalyst to promote Si-bonding Hydrogen addition to aliphatic carbon-carbon multiple bonds, the present invention relates to its production process and also to its use in the manufacture of electrically insulating shaped articles and optical semiconductor components. |
