abstract It is an object of the present invention to provide a display device with low power consumption and good display quality. The first substrate has a terminal portion, a pixel electrode, a switching transistor including an oxide semiconductor, a first optical sensor having high optical sensitivity of visible light, and an optical sensitivity having infrared light and having the first optical sensor A second optical sensor with low optical sensitivity of visible light.
