abstract |
The present invention provides an anti-vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) antibody and an antigen-binding fragment thereof. Isolated nucleic acid molecules, related expression vectors, and host cells encoding such anti-VEGFR2 antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof are also provided. Methods of making anti-VEGFR2 antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof are provided. Related pharmaceutical compositions comprising an anti-VEGFR2 antibody (or antigen-binding fragment thereof) and methods for treating a pathological condition characterized by excessive angiogenesis are also provided. |
