abstract |
The present invention discloses compositions and methods in which topical administration of a terpenoid receptor 7 agonist or a terpenoid receptor 9 agonist at or near a subcutaneous vaccination site provides an enhanced response to vaccination. The enhanced response may be elevated antibody titers relative to untreated but vaccinated subjects, and/or development of cross-species immunity to species not present in the vaccinated composition. |
