Gene expression level; and administration of a tyrosine kinase inhibitor and a guanidine compound. Furthermore, the present invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition for treating a tumor of the Ewing family. The composition includes a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, a biguanide compound, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
