A method for treating a sarcoma by administering a tyrosine kinase inhibitor and a guanidine compound. A method for treating a tumor of a family of Ewing's sarcoma is also described, which is carried out by obtaining a tumor sample; determining the ACTB, B2M, MLH1, PRKDC, XPC, APEX1, ERCC5, MMS19 or RAD23 in the sample. Gene expression level; and administration of a tyrosine kinase inhibitor and a guanidine compound. Furthermore, the present invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition for treating a tumor of the Ewing family. The composition includes a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, a biguanide compound, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. |
