| abstract |
A biological test piece comprises an insulating substrate, an electrode structure, a first insulating spacer and an insulating layer. The electrode structure is disposed on the insulating substrate and has at least one top surface and at least one side surface connected to at least one edge of the top surface and the insulating substrate. The first insulating spacer is disposed on the insulating substrate and partially covers the electrode structure. The first insulating spacer has a recess that exposes a first section of the electrode structure. The insulating layer covers the edges and sides of the top surface in the first section of the electrode structure. |
