abstract The present invention relates to a photosensitive resin composition for a light shielding film having a spacer function. The photosensitive resin composition of the present invention contains the following components as an essential component: (A) an alkali-soluble resin containing a polymerizable unsaturated group, which is a polyol compound (a) having an ethylenically unsaturated bond in a molecule, in a molecule a urethane compound having a carboxyl group (b) and a urethane compound obtained by reacting a diisocyanate compound (c); (B) a photopolymerizable monomer having at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond; (C) a photopolymerization initiator; (D) one or more light-shielding components selected from the group consisting of black organic pigments, mixed color organic pigments, and light-shielding materials; and (E) a solvent.
