Antibody library presented by phage and use thereof |
abstract |
The present disclosure relates to a library of single-chain variant fragment antibodies presented by phage comprising a plurality of single-stranded variant fragments, wherein each CDR of each single-stranded variant fragment has a particular amino acid sequence, respectively. The various antibodies of the single-chain variant fragment antibody of the present invention can efficiently prepare various antibodies having high binding affinity to H1 hemagglutinin of influenza virus. Accordingly, the present disclosure can readily prepare different antibodies specific for an antigen based on the needs of experimental research and/or clinical application. |
