abstract The present invention provides a method for producing an adhesive film having a low dielectric constant and having excellent insulating properties, followability to a printing step, and shape retention, an adhesive composition, and an adhesive film. The production method sequentially passes through the step (1): a step of copolymerizing a (meth) acrylate other than the polyalkylene glycol (meth) acrylate to obtain an acrylic polymer; and the step (2): In a total of 100 g of the acrylic polymer, the total amount of the vinyl monomer having a polyalkylene oxide chain selected from the polyalkylene glycol (meth) acrylate is 0.1 to 20 mol, a step of preparing an adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer, a vinyl monomer having a polyalkylene oxide chain, a photopolymerization initiator, and a crosslinking agent; and a step (3): applying the adhesive composition and heating The copolymerization is carried out to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a relative dielectric constant of 3.5 or less at a frequency of 1 MHz.
