abstract |
The present invention provides a conjugate having a fluorescent dye moiety F coupled to a targeting moiety T. Part F is represented by formula (I), and said targeting moiety T is characterized in that it has an affinity for a tumor marker such as an antibody or antibody fragment. The conjugate can be used for tumor diagnosis including photodetection of tumor nodules during a resection procedure. |
