abstract | The invention relates to a polishing pad for surface flattening processing, which comprises a polyester fiber cloth and impregnated with a thermoplastic resin to form an impregnation body of a porous material, and the impregnation body is processed by heat treatment to cause a structural change of the shape of the hole. The integrated structure has multiple layers of different hardness layers and thus has the characteristics of soft and hard composite pads. The material has a high hardness on the heated surface to produce a high cutting and polishing function, and the unheated surface retains the characteristics of fine porosity and low hardness, so that the polishing pad has a force buffering function, and the force distribution of the object to be polished is uniform. |
