The present invention relates to a bispecific antibody construct comprising a first binding domain of human FLT3 binding to the surface of a target cell and a second binding domain of human CD3 binding to the surface of the T cell. Furthermore, the invention provides a polynucleotide encoding the antibody construct, a vector comprising the polynucleotide, and a host cell transformed or transfected with the polynucleotide or vector. Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for producing the antibody construct of the present invention, a medical use of the antibody construct, and a kit comprising the antibody construct. |
