abstract Systems, devices, and methods are provided for ophthalmic illuminated infusion lines. An example ophthalmic illuminated infusion line can include an infusion schedule having a first flexible elongate member and a flow tube. The first flexible elongate member can have a lumen configured to deliver fluid to the patient's eye during a surgical procedure. The flow tube is sized to penetrate the patient's eye during a surgical procedure and deliver the fluid to the interior of the eye to maintain intraocular pressure. The ophthalmic illuminated infusion line can also include an optical fiber coupled to the infusion schedule and configured to penetrate the patient's eye with the flow tube and transmit light for illumination during the surgical procedure The inside of the eye is illuminated while the flow tube delivers the fluid to the interior of the eye.
