A pixel structure includes an active device, a first protective layer, a first electrode, a spacer, a second protective layer, and a second electrode. Active components include gates, sources, and drains. The first protective layer covers the active component and has a first opening that exposes the drain. The first electrode is located on the first protective layer. The first electrode has a sidewall at the corresponding first opening. The spacer covers the sidewall of the first electrode. The second protective layer covers the first electrode. The second electrode is located on the second protective layer and is electrically connected to the drain of the active device through the first opening. The second electrode is electrically isolated from the first electrode by the second protective layer and the spacer. |
