titleOfInvention | Waterborne polyurethane film and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to an aqueous polyurethane film and a use thereof, the film composition comprising a bisphenol fluorene structure polyurethane resin as a main chain, which is prepared by reacting a polyol compound having a bisphenol fluorene structure and a hydrophilic group with a polyisocyanate to form a prepolymer. Adding water to form an aqueous dispersion of the prepolymer, and then reacting with a chain extender and a NCO group of the prepolymer to increase the molecular weight to form an aqueous polyurethane dispersion, which may be coated into a film or formed into a film by casting. . The film of the invention has excellent thermal stability and osmotic separation ability for water and organic matter, and is suitable as a film for separating water from organic matter. |
