abstract A pipe mixer includes a substrate, a pipe assembly, and a pressing assembly. The pipe assembly is located on the substrate. The pipe assembly has at least one conduit, a first opening and a second opening. Both ends of the pipe communicate with the first opening and the second opening, respectively. The first opening is for receiving at least two detection materials. The pressing assembly covers the second opening. The pressing assembly has a plenum that communicates with the second opening. When the pressing assembly is reset by pressing, the air chamber generates a negative pressure to draw the two detecting materials in the first opening to move and mix along the pipe toward the second opening.
