abstract The invention relates to a quantitative flow mechanism of lateral flow chromatography, which is realized by a lateral flow chromatography quantitative device. The lateral flow chromatography quantitative device has a long strip-shaped outer shell, and the outer shell extends the window of the built-in reaction zone and the correction zone along the length direction. A sample collection area for collecting the sample to be detected is extended outside the window. The main technical feature is that the sample to be tested is dropped into the lateral flow chromatography quantitative device through the sample collection area, and sequentially coated with the capillary phenomenon. The reaction zone reacts with a plurality of labeled reagents in the calibration zone to form a plurality of analyte complexes for quantitative detection by immunochromatography, and the labeled reagent comprises the first labeled reagent sprayed on the reaction zone and sprayed on the calibration zone.
