abstract |
The present invention relates to a multi-peptide antigen of Acinetobacter baumannii comprising at least one amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of: (a) SEQ ID NO: 1. Amino acid sequence up to 5; (b) amino acid sequence substituted, deleted or added with 20% or less amino acid according to SEQ ID NO: 1, 3, 4, 5; (c) according to SEQ ID NO: 2 Performing an amino acid sequence substituted, deleted or added with less than 40% amino acid; and (d) a fragment according to the amino acid sequence of (a) to (c); wherein, according to (b) to (d) amino acid The sequence of the multi-peptide is immunostimulatory. The common antigen of Acinetobacter baumannii provided by the invention can be applied to prepare a universal vaccine for preventing Acinetobacter baumannii infection, and can be applied to the detection and treatment of Acinetobacter baumannii by preparation of the corresponding antibody. |
