A core-sheath type catalyst for a catalytic ink comprising a core portion and a sheath portion, the core portion being inorganic particles, the sheath portion being composed of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of Group: silver diammine hydroxide, silver salt, palladium salt and chloroauric acid. The catalytic ink prepared by the core-sheath type catalyst of the present invention can be stored for a long time after being applied to the substrate, and the step of reducing the catalytic metal ions is not required immediately. |
