abstract |
The object of the present invention is to provide a polydimethyl oxirane material which combines a peptide having affinity for polydimethyl siloxane (PDMS); and a protein of interest for polydimethyl oxime A method for immobilizing an alkane; providing a peptide having affinity for PDMS; providing a polynucleotide encoding a peptide having affinity for PDMS; and further providing a vector or the like using the same.nThe polydimethyl oxirane is formed by combining a polydimethyl methoxy oxane affinity peptide composed of the following peptide (1a) or (1b) or a fragment thereof; (1a) is selected from the sequence number a peptide consisting of at least one of the amino acid sequences shown in the cluster consisting of 1 to 9; (1b) being deleted, substituted and/or added to one or more of the amino acid sequences of the above (1a) A peptide composed of an amino acid sequence of an amino acid and having a polydimethylsiloxane affinity. |
