abstract |
The curable resin composition of the present invention contains at least (A-1) a component: polyfluorene containing at least two or more functional groups selected from the group consisting of a decyl alcohol group and an alkoxyalkyl group in one molecule. The alkane compound and the component (B): the pH of the extracted water is 6.1 or less of cerium oxide at 25 ° C, and the ratio of the component (B) to the total amount of the component (A-1) and the component (B) is 70% by mass or more and 97% by mass or less. This composition can suppress foaming at the time of hardening even if it is shape|molded in various shapes and sizes, and is useful as a sealing material of a semiconductor device. |
