abstract |
The present invention discloses a metal bonded substrate comprising a base substrate, a metal layer disposed on the base substrate, and a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) disposed between the base substrate and the metal layer. The SAM is formed of a decane which chemically connects the metal layer to the base substrate. The end group of the decane includes an amino decane containing a saturated or unsaturated 6-membered ring having at least one hetero atom. The bonding force between the non-conductive base substrate and the metal layer bonded thereto is remarkably improved. |
