The present invention discloses a material for an absorbent article having an organic hydrophobic antibacterial agent and a hydrophilic and non-volatile organic solvent. The material for an absorbent article is suitably produced by a method comprising the steps of: dissolving an organic hydrophobic antibacterial agent in a hydrophilic and non-volatile organic solvent, and applying the antibacterial agent solution to a material for an absorbent article. . Further, the present invention also discloses an absorbent article using the above-mentioned material for an absorbent article. The absorbent article is suitably produced by a method comprising the steps of dissolving an organic hydrophobic antibacterial agent in a hydrophilic and non-volatile organic solvent in an absorbent core. |
