Single-strand variant fragment antibody library represented by phage |
abstract |
The present disclosure relates to a library of single-chain variant fragments expressed by phage comprising a plurality of single-stranded variant fragments represented by phage, each single-stranded variant fragment being characterized by: (1) having a specific regular structure combination; (2) Each complementarity determining region has a specific distribution of aromatic residues; and (3) each complementarity determining region has a specific sequence. The library of single-chain variant fragment antibodies of the present disclosure can be used to efficiently prepare different antibodies that bind to different antigens. Accordingly, the present disclosure provides a method for preparing different antibodies for different antigens to immediately respond to the needs of experimental research and/or clinical applications. |
