abstract |
The present invention provides an exhaust gas treatment system and an exhaust gas treatment method capable of reducing NOx in combustion exhaust gas and reducing SO3 concentration more than in the past, and achieving stable long-term operation of the power plant. The exhaust gas treatment method of the present invention is an exhaust gas treatment method for removing NOX and SO3 in combustion exhaust gas containing NOx and SO3, which is provided with NH3 as a first additive added to combustion exhaust gas before contact with a catalyst. An optional olefinic hydrocarbon represented by CnH2n (n is an integer of 2 to 4) and a group of paraffinic hydrocarbons represented by the formula: CmH2m+2 (m is an integer of 2 to 4) The above second additive is a denitration ‧ SO 3 reduction step of denitrifying the combustion exhaust gas and reducing SO 3 to SO 2 . |
