abstract |
An epoxy resin composition comprising an epoxy resin monomer, a hardener, and a filler. The foregoing filler includes a first filler and a second filler. The first filler includes boron nitride particles or an aggregate of the boron nitride particles, and the boron nitride particles have a particle diameter D50 of 20 μm or more, and an average value of the aspect ratios of the original particles of the boron nitride particles is a width direction. The average value of the size/thickness direction dimension is 30 or less, wherein the particle diameter D50 is a particle diameter corresponding to a cumulative 50% from the smaller particle diameter side of the weight cumulative particle size distribution curve. The second filler includes boron nitride particles or an aggregate of the boron nitride particles. The boron nitride particles have a particle diameter D50 of less than 10 μm, and an average value of the aspect ratio of the boron nitride particles is 5 or less. |
