abstract |
The present invention provides a novel method of fabricating a thin wire circuit on a transparent substrate, the method comprising the steps of: providing a transparent substrate; depositing a pattern of the light-shielding active layer on at least a portion of the front side of the substrate; a composition disposed on the front side of the substrate and the pattern of the light-shielding activation layer; photo-curing the photosensitive composition from the rear side of the substrate by electromagnetic radiation; removing any uncured photosensitive composition Residue; and thereby exposing the recessed structure and depositing at least one metal into the recessed structure thus formed, thereby forming a transparent substrate having a thin wire circuit thereon. This method achieves a very uniform thin line circuit having a line and space size of 0.5 μm to 10 μm. |
