abstract |
The present invention discloses a method for producing tri(β-diketonato)iridium, which is characterized in that a tris(β-diketone) ruthenium which reacts a ruthenium compound with a β-diketone In the production method, the ruthenium compound is subjected to (a) alkali treatment; and a base is added to the solution of the ruthenium compound to adjust the pH of the solution to the alkali side before the alkali addition, and the pH is 10 or more. (b) Acid treatment: adding the acid to the solution after the alkali treatment, so that the pH of the solution is more acidic side before the acid addition, and the pH difference of the solution before and after the acid addition is 0.1 or more and 10 or less. After the activation treatment, the ruthenium compound is activated and then reacted with the β-diketone. The present invention makes it possible to produce tris(β-diketone salt) ruthenium using a wide range of β-diketones. |
