| abstract |
The present invention provides a portable computing device (such as a laptop) having a base unit coupled by a hinge assembly and a display screen unit configured to allow the base unit and The screen units rotate relative to each other. The display screen unit has a display panel on one of the first end faces of the display screen unit and a fuel cell array disposed adjacent to a second end surface of the display screen unit. A venting aperture through the second end face of the display screen unit provides airflow to the fuel cell array. A fuel conduit extends across the hinge assembly between the base unit and the display screen unit for delivering fuel from the base unit to the display screen unit. |
