abstract The present invention relates to shear and temperature stable antibody formulations that are more stable than standard formulations (e.g., 30 mM citrate, 100 Mm sodium chloride, pH 6.5). The sheared and temperature stable antibody formulations of the present invention show a decrease in precipitation when subjected to a stress state, whereas standard formulations agglomerate together. Since the two formulations are thermodynamically very similar in DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter), this result is unpredictable.
