abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide an embossed film having a reduced defect frequency of a concave portion.nIn an embodiment, the embossed film of the present invention has a film body and a plurality of concave portions formed on a surface of the film body, wherein an opening surface of the concave portion has a diameter larger than a wavelength of visible light, and an arrangement pattern of the concave portions is along a length of the film body The direction is periodic, and the difference between the defect defect rate at one end portion of the film main body and the concave portion defect rate at the other end portion of the film main body is 10 ppm or less. |
