abstract | An organic light emitting display (OLED) device includes: a substrate; a thin film transistor on the substrate and including an active layer, a first interlayer insulating layer between the gate electrode and the source electrode and the drain electrode, and comprising an inorganic material ( a second interlayer insulating layer between the gate electrode and the source electrode and the drain electrode and on the first interlayer insulating layer, and comprising an organic material; the first organic layer covering the source electrode and the drain electrode a second organic layer on the first organic layer; a capacitor comprising a first electrode comprising the same material as the gate electrode and a second electrode comprising the same material as the source electrode and the drain electrode; a pixel electrode in an opening in a region where the TFT and the capacitor overlap, and a pixel electrode in contact with one of the source electrode and the drain electrode; a light-emitting layer on the pixel electrode; and an opposite electrode on the light-emitting layer. |
