abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning agent for eyelashes which can promote the stretching action of eyelashes.nThe solution of the present invention is to reduce the degree of occlusion of the meibomian glands by the cleaning agent for eyelashes having a cleansing component and further having a vitamin D component and a hair growth component and an anti-hair removal component, and at the same time, achieve the stretching action of the eyelashes. The vitamin D is vitamin D3, the hair growth component is a carrot extract, and the anti-hair removal component is preferably Kjellmaniella Gyrata extract. Further, it is preferred that the washing component is isostearic acid or a derivative thereof.
