abstract |
A relaxation state evaluation system includes a sensing module and an evaluation module. The above evaluation system is to measure and statistically analyze the user's electrocardiogram data to obtain an evaluation index for evaluating whether the user is in a relaxed state. Therefore, the evaluation indicators used in the above evaluation system are easier to measure and less susceptible to interference than the brain wave signal. An evaluation method and computer program product are also disclosed. |
