titleOfInvention | Method for promoting the transfer of biologically active substances into cells |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for promoting the transfer of a biologically active substance into a cell, comprising: providing a nano substrate, wherein the nano substrate is disposed on a surface of a bottom plate; providing a cell and containing a substance to be delivered into the cell a solution of the biologically active substance; and seeding the cell on the nano substrate and adding a solution of the biologically active substance to be delivered into the cell. The surface morphology of the nano substrate of the invention can rearrange the cytoskeleton of the cell, so that the carrier can be moved and the biological active substance can be swallowed without the need of a carrier or a transfection reagent, thereby achieving the transfer and shortening of the nuclear biological active substance. The time required. Compared with the traditional method, it can not only reduce cytotoxicity, but also increase the efficiency of delivery. |
