titleOfInvention Fluorescence observation method and fluorescent observation device
abstract The present invention relates to a fluorescence observation method for observing an organism to which a fluorescent dye is injected, the method comprising the steps of: irradiating a living body with an excitation light having a wavelength of an excitation fluorescent dye by using a light irradiation mechanism; Acquiring a first fluorescent image of the living body generated by the irradiation of the excitation light by the image acquiring means; specifying the observation target in the living body based on the first fluorescent image; and obtaining the borrowing by the image acquiring means a second fluorescent image of the observation target generated by the irradiation of the excitation light; and a linear fluorescent pattern appearing in the specific second fluorescent image.
